It feels like it’s been forever but it hasn’t even been 2 days! Haha I’m being ridiculous.
Breakfast: CHECK Had 1 cup of cornflakes with 3/4 cup of whole milk
Lunch: Didn’t really have time to grab a proper lunch- was studying for some tests. I had around 2 cups of some sweetened oat things with yogurt and half a banana.
Gotta go for a run later and then have a nice dinner! Hope not to snack and stick to this plan!!
